Thanks for your patience as we’ve taken the time to implement the online travel registration process.  It is important that all families complete this process in a timely manner, since this registration contains a variety of consents and waivers that apply for the upcoming ’14-’15 season.  Also, we hope the payment options contained therein will provide families some flexibility relative to the timing and financial impact. 

Here are a few particulars that you’ll need to pay attention to regarding this process:

·         Every travel player needs to be registered in the Ngin system by July 15^th!

o    This is important/necessary for 3 reasons:

§  Effective communication to travel players through the Ngin system.

§  Effective set-up of teams’ webpages

§  Effective accounting practices

·         Payment options

o    “Pay In Full” – If your travel fee(s) are paid in full prior to July 15^th, you will receive a 5% discount; after July 15^th, the full payment option will revert to $850.

o    Payment Plan 1 – Total of $850 will be collected in 3 payments, automatically drawn from a registered credit card, over the course of the season.  Initial payment of $300; $275 on October 1^st; and $275 on March 15^th.

o    Payment Plan 2 – Total of $850 will be collected in 10 monthly payments.  Initial payment of $85, followed by 9 monthly payments of $85, automatically drawn from a registered credit card, on the 1^st each month – August 2014 through April 2015.

o    Pay Offline – Club Treasurer will contact you to make arrangements for payment.

o    Already Paid By Check – If you paid by check at uniform fitting, please mark this option.

·         Multi-Player Discounts

o    As noted on the registration page, there is a discounting structure for families registering multiple players – 10% (fees = $765) for the second child and 20% (fees = $680) for the third (or any additional) child.  Prior to “checking out”, you will need to make sure that all children are registered in order for the discounting to be applied.

·         Uniforms

o    All uniform fees ($99.99/player) must be “paid in full” and current by July 15^th.

o    Remember that travel uniform kits are good for two years; if your child hasn’t been measure yet, please make arrangements to do so.

o    Uniform costs are not subject to the 5% “pay in full” discount.
