Green White 2014 Footgolf Fundraising Event
9/13 at 2pm. Proceeds benefit GW's International Experience Program
Our U-14 Girls team is going to Germany next summer, and we're holding a fundraiser for them to help defray their costs. If you've never experienced Footgolf, you're in for a treat. It's played on a golf course, except instead of hitting a golfball with a club, players kick a soccer ball.
Salt Creek Golf Club in Wooddale has graciously turned over their course for the afternoon on Saturday September 13th. It's a 2pm shotgun start. All of the proceeds from this event will go to our International Experience Program. This is our program to help raise funds for international trips. We're hoping the U-14 girls will just be the first of many Green White teams to travel overseas.
